Referees have to be asked to complete a recommendation letter by the application deadline. No specific format is requested, they have to state whatever they feel is relevant for the candidate evaluation. Please note that the subject line should be written as: "Letter of recommendation + first name + last name" of the person they are recommending. At least 2 letters of recommendation are required.
